If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, kindly email us within 2 days of delivery with your Order ID, reason, and clear product photos/videos.

If approved, we will arrange pickup or request you to ship it back.

Inspection will be done before final approval.

If refund is approved, it will be credited to your original payment method within 2 working days.
